Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and a growth focused Business Development Manager to join our team.
The selected candidate will play an important role in showing growth across our security risk management and facilities management services. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship building skills, experience with a service-led environment, and a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for our security risk management and operational services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and public sector clients.
Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and presentations in line with company standards.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry to contract award.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and sector development.
Collaborate with the operational team to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and services capabilities.
Support the development of strategic partnerships and framework opportunities.
Maintain accurate record of business development activity and pipeline reporting.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a business development or commercial role within security risk management and facility management or related sector.
Experience preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
Strong understanding of client relationship management and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
